The Singapore Zoo is a top destination for families and animal enthusiasts alike due to its excellent international rankings, and the Night Safari puts the icing on the cake.
You should set aside a whole day to honor animals. It may seem like a lot, but you can easily spend a lot of time here, especially when combined with the Night Safari. If you’re going to the Zoo, you really must check out the Night Safari, which opens after 7 PM, as the name implies.
It is best to make other plans for this day before visiting the Zoo if you have any other plans. After seeing the Zoo, there’s no reason to return to the city and then return for the Night Safari. It is advisable that you allocate a whole day for the Zoo, particularly if you have children with you, and an additional hour for dining prior to the Night Safari. It is necessary to reserve a spot for entry to the Night Safari. Not everyone can be let in at once. Make sure to make reservations in advance to avoid wasting time waiting for your time to arrive.
Singapore Zoo
There are many different animal species there, and they all appear to be well-cared for. You will undoubtedly witness animal caretakers tending to the animals if you stay around long enough. It’s lovely to observe the close friendship that appears to have developed between the caregivers and the animals. In addition, several animals gave birth during our visit.
River Safari
This isn’t just a lake boat tour, thus it’s nicer than imagined. The boat’s specially designed itinerary takes you through wildlife habitats and occasionally through canals with drops to keep your heart rate elevated.
Night Safari
The Night Safari has the advantage of being entirely apart from the Zoo. Despite being very close to one another, these two attractions are not the same. You visit at night rather than within the same zoo. Night Safari, a unique zoo, invites visitors to explore nocturnal creatures under the cover of darkness.
We don’t have many pictures to share with you because, as you can think, it is difficult to snap pictures of animals at night. Not for taking pictures, the Night Safari is about the experience. The zoo has some lights installed, but not enough for decent pictures. In case you were wondering, flash photography is prohibited since it endangers nocturnal creatures. Please make sure that if you try to take any pictures, your flash is off.
Interesting fact: this is the first night zoo in history.
