ITINERARY
DAY WISE ITINERARY
Arrive Mumbai. Transfer to hotel. Evening free at Juhu Beach. You may try out various restaurants in Juhu area or have a fun dinner on the Beach. Stay overnight.
After breakfast proceed to visit to Elephanta Tour: The Elephanta Caves (closed on Monday) are a collection of cave temples predominantly dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. They are on Elephanta Island. The Elephanta Caves contain rock cut stone sculptures, mostly in high relief, that show syncretism of Hindu and Buddhist ideas and iconography. The caves are hewn from solid basalt rock.
After lunch visit to Gateway of India, Hanging Garden, Kamla Nehru Park, Mani Bhavan, drive pass through Marine Drive, Nariman Point, University of Mumbai, High court, CST Station etc. Stay overnight.
After breakfast proceed to visit to Dharavi Tour OR Film City Tour
Dharavi Tour: On this tour, visitors will see why Dharavi is the heart of small-scale industry in Mumbai. Many people know Dharavi as the ‘largest slum in Asia’, but there is much more to this historic area of Mumbai than poverty. Dharavi’s industries have an annual turnover of approximately US$ 665 million. Through our tour visitors experience a wide range of these activities: recycling, pottery-making, embroidery, bakery, soap factory, leather tanning, poppadom-making and many more. Most of these things are created in innovative ways and in very small spaces! When passing through the residential spaces, you will undoubtedly feel the sense of community and spirit that exists in the area. People from all over India live in Dharavi, and this diversity is apparent in the temples, mosques and churches that stand side by side. A tour through Dharavi’s narrow alleys is quite an adventure, and you will leave with an enlightened sense of the purpose and determination that exists in the area.
Film City Tour: Afternoon visit Mumbai Film city & Bollywood Park. You will experience 3 hours guided trip of Mumbai Filmcity covering History of Indian Cinema, experience of post-production activities along with reel attractions like foley effects & chroma shoots, 7D visiual simulation, live Bollywood song & dance experience. Strike poses at various selfie points & pre designed sets.
After lunch proceed to visit to Siddhivinayak temple, Mahalaxmi Temple
Stay overnight
Morning after breakfast, check out and proceed to drop to airport or railway station. Tour ends with sweet memories…

3) Any portage at Airport and Hotels tips, Laundry, Mineral water, Telephone charges
And all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions.
04) Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
5) Guide and Entrances to the monuments.
6) Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

EASY CANCELLATION
a) Before 30 days 10% of tour cost.
b) Before 15 days 15% of tour cost.
c) Before 07 days 25% of tour cost.
d) Before 72 hours 50% of Tour cost.
e) No Show 100% of tour cost.
f) During High peak season period Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is cancelled after issuance of Voucher
NOTES:
01. In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, we shall offer similar Hotel.
2. All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
3. In case of increase in Airfare (If included) we shall be duly compensated by actual supplement cost at time of booking.
4. The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.
5. Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority.
6. All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).
7. All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
01) These rates are applicable to All Nationals.
02) A minimum of 02 persons are required.
03) Children below 05 years complimentary without extra Bed. Children between 5 to 12 years will be charged as per hotel policy. Children above the age of 12 years will be charged the applicable adult rates.
04) All Rates & bookings subject to availability.
05) Rates are subject to change.
06) Tour confirmation only on receipt of full payment.
07) The Process of Refund will take around 60 days to complete & the refund will be paid by Cheque or credit note only.
08) Tour is organized on the basis final instructions and requirements received from yourselves and on your own risk and responsibilities.
09) LIABILITY: We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him for:
a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused;
b) Any act, omission, default of any dependent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
c) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
d) We shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).
e) No liability on our part arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, and excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for.
10) Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in a court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.
