DAY WISE ITINERARY

Arrive JKIA, clear with customs and immigration.  Picked by your driver/guide and drive to Lake Nakuru to arrive in time for lunch. Brief stop at The Great Rift Valley for views and photos. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park.  Dinner and Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge (Approximate 03hrs drive)

Depart after breakfast and continue to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve.  Check in and rooms distribution.  Have a hot lunch at the camp.  Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park.  Dinner and overnight at Mara Leisure Camp (approximate 05hrs drive)

Enjoy an early morning game drive at the park returning for a hot breakfast at the camp. Midday at leisure to enjoy various activities at the camp.  Lunch at the camp. Afternoon game drives in the park returning at the camp in time for dinner.

 

(Alternatively, depart after breakfast for a full day game drive with a picnic lunch box, returning at the camp for dinner)

Optional visit to the Masai village this afternoon payable direct. Dinner and overnight at Mara Leisure Camp.

Breakfast at the camp.

The Above Cost Does Not Include: –

  • Any Domestic / International flights.
  • 5% TCS will be applicable as from 1st October 2020 on all the bookings. Travel agent has to collect the amount from the guest and has to pay to the government under the guest name and submit the payment challan to us, so that TRAVELSCAPE can remit the same to our Counterpart

  • Passport Copy and Pan card Copy is mandatory at the time of confirmation

EASY CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy:

 

  • We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation. The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.
  • If you cancel –
    • For bookings cancelled or reduced in numbers between 40 and 35 days from the date of arrival, 25% of the rate will be charged
    • For bookings cancelled or reduced in numbers between 35 and 30 days from the date of arrival, 50% of the rate will be charged
    • In the case of cancellation within 30 days of the date of arrival, or in the case of a ‘No Show”, 100% of the value of the booking will be charged

Note: To travel to Kenya, it is mandatory to have both the Yellow fever vaccine and the COVID vaccination.

  • GSTIN, TAN, TCS declaration, TCS challan of this mail related booking.
  • Booking related documents like PAN, AADHAAR, PASSPORT of all the travelers are required for transfer purposes. Kindly do not delay in providing the above documents on time.

  • Booking is Non-Refundable/Amendable after confirmed

  • Special requests such as Early Check in / Late Checkout / Twin Beds / Double Beds / Interconnecting Rooms / Jain Meal / Rooms on Same floor etc. are always subject to availability & not guaranteed.
  • The Triple Room might have an Extra bed or Rollaway Bed or Mattress.
  • City Taxes wherever applicable will be paid by the Guest Directly at the Time of Check-In/Check-Out.
  • Passport expiry date (Minimum 6 Month validity) while sending booking to us or while sending confirmation to us.
  • Hotels may ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check in.
  • SIC (Seat in Coach Basis): The service will be on sharing vehicle/basis.
  • PVT (Private): The service will be by private vehicle/basis.
  • Guests has to be present at the lobby (reception area) OR at Meeting point during their pick-up time of tours/ transfer.
  • SIC Tour pickup/drop off will be either from hotel or nearest meeting point depending on destination.
  • Majorly Europe / USA / Australia / China / Japan / Russia does not have Pick up/drop off from hotel lobby for SIC (Seat in Coach) Tours, Client has to reach the specific meeting point on their own.
  • For SIC Tours/Transfers drivers will wait a maximum 5-10 minutes.
  • Rooms & Rates are always subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.

  • Balance 50% – 35 days before travel date
  • In case of booking done within 35 days of travel,100% payment will be required upon confirmation
