ITINERARY
DAY WISE ITINERARY
On arrival meet our driver at airport/station and get transferred to hotel. On arrival Check in at Hotel. Later proceed for local sightseeing of Indore – Lal Bagh palace(Monday closed), Rajwada fort(from outside), Kaach Mandir, Khajrana Ganesh temple etc. Late evening explore the food street of Indore 56 dukkan. overnight at Indore.
Meal: -No meal.
Imp – Few places are in old city where vehicle is allowed to a limited point from where guest need to walk down or hite local taxi on own.
After breakfast leave for Omkareshwar. The name Omkareshwar means ‘Lord of Omkaara’, which is one of the Dwadasa Jyotirlinga shrines or the 12 shrines dedicated to lord Shiva in the form of a Jyotirlingam. It’s a sacred island which is shaped like the Hindu symbols ‘OM’, drawing millions of travelers from all across the globe Later Leave fir Explore Maheshwer – town situated on the bank of river Narmada. Visit Maheshwer fort . An Hour for shopping most famous Maheshwari sarees. Overnight at Maheshwer

After breakfast check out and transfer to Mandu- paradise for architecture lovers. On arrival check in and later proceed for local sightseeing – Jahaj Mahal, Rani Rupmati pavilion, Baz bahadur palace, eco point etc. Later proceed to maheshwer Check in at Hotel . Overnight at Mandu

After Early breakfast check out and to Ujjain. On arrival check in at hotel. If time permits local sightseeing of Ujjain. Mahakal Darshan (Jyotriling), Mahakal lok , Kal bharav darshan, Ram ghat visit, Sandipani ashram Visit, Harshidhi mata mandir etc. if time permits visit another temple
Meal: -Breakfast
After breakfast check out and transfer to Bhopal enrooted visit UNESCO World heritage site of India -Sanchi stupa. Arrival at Bhopal check in and relax. Overnight stay at Bhopal
After Breakfast Proceed for full day sightseeing, visit UNESCO World heritage site of India – Bhimbetka Rock Shelter. Return back to Bhopal visit Tribal Museum, Shorya Smarak, Bharat Bhavan & in the evening go to Upper Lake for Boating. Overnight stay at Bhopal.

- Swimming pool at many properties are not operational and few may not have pools
- Late / Underutilized / Unutilized services cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable
- Any Meal/Liquor which is not as per itinerary or food ordered as room
- Personal Expenses like soft / hard drinks, Beverages, any tips or Porter charge, Laundry, Spa, Baggage handling, telephone calls, laundry they are to be collected directly from guest.
- Tips and porter charges, Train Tickets, Flights Tickets or any other tickets not mentioned in package
- Early check in and late checkout charges
- Any cost incurred due to un-utilized or underutilized service by the guest
- Any expense personal in nature or expense caused due to natural calamities/ Flight or Train Delay/ covid/ Govt rules and regulations/medical emergency/ political unstability

- Any type of Transportation excluding the transport provided for sightseeing as per the itinerary and any kind of local expense during stay in hotel
- Cost incurred due to COVID or any kind of illness, accident, hospitalization or any unforeseen circumstances during the operation of the trip are not budgeted for in the package and will be extra.
- Any extra usage of vehicle would attract additional Driver Bata (each time), which would be collected directly from the guest (on usage basis)
- Any other services which are not mentioned in above
- We try all our best to avoid sightseeing on closed days but due to some reason if the same happens we will provide alternative sightseeing points.
- Any Changes in Govt Tax will immediately apply on package cost

EASY CANCELLATION
VEHICLE POLICIES:
1. Vehicle will NOT be on disposal
- The vehicle used will be exclusive for the group but will not be at
Due to far RTO restriction 17-seater traveler availability becomes very difficult at Jabalpur.
- Vehicle will be available as per your Kindly follow the time strictly
- Sightseeing points covered will depend on remaining time in hand
- Sightseeing will be covered strictly as per given For additional usage, per km / per hour will be charged as per usage
- Any Fluctuation in Fuel prices will attract changes in package Cost taken as per Current rates.
2. Hotels or sightseeing’s located in busy areas / City Centers / No Entry / One Way zones / Narrow paths
- Few of the hotels do not have parking places & vehicles cannot be parked in front of the gates for a longer period hence guests should wait at the reception 5 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
- Due to shortage in space for parking, please be informed that you will have to be ready on time & wait in the lobby.
- Due to uncalculated situations (traffic jams / traffic halts/ diversions etc.) the vehicle reporting may get We will request you to bear with us and as soon as vehicle arrives you will have to get in
- Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
- In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the driver.
- For sightseeing’s – Our vehicle is not allowed in certain areas due to parking issues, narrow roads, one-way entry, unapproachable areas or due to some unforeseen reasons; Driver will drop Guest to nearest possible Parking or dropping area. guests are requested to kindly cover the required distance by walking/ or by hiring local taxi on direct payment basis.
3. Transfers to next destination/ sightseeing
- Night travel is not included, so if you have a transfer to another destination in second half, please maintain time of your morning sightseeing
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- If one destination is covered twice or additional destinations are included, additional charges will be applicable on per km / per hour basis.
4. Distance Versus Travel time
- In this region, there are no relevance between the distance and time travelling as it depends upon the conditions of roads and congestion
Any hike in any type of transportation like fuel, tolls, parking etc. is not
- included in package and will be extra to guest.
- Transfer and Sightseeing will be provided in group only, there will be no separate or individual transfer.
- Ac will be ON only when the vehicle is moving & will not be operational in the standing position & hilly areas.
5. Driver
- Driver will be Hindi
- Driver duty hours are 11 a day between 8am- 8 pm. Before and after this extra charge will apply
- if pick up time given to driver is 9 am and guest board vehicle at 11 am driver duty will be counted from 9 am only.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation policy we will update you once we receive Confirm requirement with confirm hotels names. As different hotels and different inclusions have different cancellation policies. you can check the policy and then give us final confirmation.
NOTES:
- Tour Package Cost given is as per current rates. Above package is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Cost is based on 02/04/06 Adults travelling together. Any change in number of Pax will alter package price!
- This is only an offer; no services are on hold as of now and will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
- MPT and few hotels are on dynamic rates
- MPT hotels can’t be blocked and can be booked with 100% payment only.
- Given rates are only applicable if complete package (Hotel vehicle) is booked from us.
- Driver will be Hindi speaking
- Few hotels are pure veg and Jungle hotel may not have TV, geyser, etc.
- Due to traffic jam/VIP movement /or any uncalculated situation if guest miss on any further sightseeing points , we won’t be held responsible for same.
- TRAVEL COMPANY is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
- Big vehicles may not go to desired points due to traffic rules/narrow roads/ excess traffic. Vehicle will try and drop you to best nearest point possible from where guests need to walk down or can hire local taxi on direct payment basis.**
- Any Sightseeing Point outside the calculated Kms , visited twice, after driver duty hours will be charged as extra & will have to be borne by the guest before departure**
- Most of the places require lot of walking and few temples may have stairs.
- All Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhopal court only.
NOTES FOR JUNGLE SAFARI:
- Safari is done in a shared vehicle – in an open gypsy
- 01 Gypsy can accommodate a maximum of 06 people (adult/child)
- Safari needs to be pre-booked and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Safari is non-refundable, non-transferable in the event of Cancelation/ change in name/date amendment
- We need 100% advance payment to book the safari.
- For safari permit booking we require original id’s of the
- Safari rates are subject to change by the Forest authority and Gypsy Union
- Any Changes in Forest department policy related to jungle safari will immediately apply on package
- Safaris can only be booked 120 days prior to safari date that to subject to
- As park gets close from 01 July and reopens between 01 oct to 15 oct (subject to forest department decision) safari permits for same get open for booking somewhere in Aug End or Sep. For all our bookings we will try to book core zone safari but can’t guarantee same its subject to availability at time of booking if in case core zone safari gets sold out we will book buffer zone safari for same guest. Please inform same to guest well in

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR UJJAIN AND OMKARESHWAR :
- Bhasmaarti, Sheegrah darshan,, Garbh Grah darshan, nothing is included in package and canbe directly booked by guest through online …. portal https://shrimahakaleshwar.com
- Garbh Grah Darshan or other special darshan will remain closed during Sawan at Omkareshwer and Mahakaleshwer
- Due to Kevad yatra you will find lot of rush near
- few dates during sawan will be blocked for bhasmaarti
- Sheegrah darshan does not mean any special darshan it’s just an express
- Bhasmaarti booking opens 1month prior (as of now subject to change anytime)
- Garbh grah bookings open 1 day prior (as of now subject to change anytime)
- Sheegrah darshan opens 15 days prior (as of now subject to change anytime)
- Ujjain and Omkareshwar are seeing unprecedented number of tourists and worshippers which is leading to difficult situations, cancellations of permits during mass movement/VIP Movement.
- Also, at few places VIP Darshans, special aartis and special garbh grah darshans, remains closed for longer period on special dates like shivratri, Holi, Diwali, new year, nag panchmi, Amavasya etc.
- Ujjain and Omkareshwar are small towns which are undergoing massive developments due to which there is disturbance in traffic, road conditions, parking areas etc. – movement within the city and nearby areas is very challenging. Due to challenging conditions for travel within the city (Ujjain & Omkareshwar) and nearby areas, it is advisable for guests to be extremely patient and be prepared for heavy traffic, rush, long queues, change in plan or any unforeseen situation
- Due to heavy traffic, narrow roads, shortage of parking space, under maintenance roads, and any other uncalculated situations, vehicle may take time to pick up or drop guests at the designated spots.
- Also, in this condition, driver will need to drop guests at a convenient location (as per driver understanding and safety of guests and vehicle) from which guests will need to walk down the remaining distance to the sightseeing spot and return either to the same dropping spot or to the spot communicated by the driver (as per the situation)
- A lot of walking may be involved; hence incase guest’s wishes to take alternate services for covering walking distance like rickshaw/auto/ e-rickshaw – arrangement and cost for same will be paid by and arranged by client directly.
- Guests need not panic during traffic jams and take all necessary steps to avoid the same by obeying rules and board/ de-board the vehicle as quickly as possible to avoid causing traffic Jams / chaos
- VIP Movements are ongoing throughout the year due to which Darshan passes may get cancelled, itinerary may get re-shuffled and re-routing may need to be done.
- Heavy crowding may lead to several coronavirus-related problems and it is advisable to follow corona guidelines, wear masks at all times, practice hygiene and maintain social distancing. It is guest’s responsibility to take care of their health
- Heavy crowding may also lead to stampede situation; hence clients are requested to make sure they avoid crowd building times, places and situations to avoid any risk to their lives
- We suggest our guests to be very careful with personal belongings ,gold chain, purses and request not to leave valuables unattended in the vehicle/ public places – guests are responsible for their belongings at all times’
- Vehicle will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis)
