DAY WISE ITINERARY

Arrival in Tokyo –the capital of Japan! Upon arrival, freshen up at the airport & meet with our representative at arrival hall. From airport, enjoy Tokyo orientation city tour where you enjoy places such as: Odaiba – Rainbow Bridge, Liberty Statue, Daiso. Today also see Imperial Palace (photo stop). Dinner at Indian restaurant.

After breakfast, visit Asakusa Temple & some free time at Nakamise dori souvenior shopping street. Later after lunch, continue Tokyo sightseeing and visit Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. Later spend time on Kabukicho for 3D board and then proceed towards Shibuya Crossing. Enjoy free time at Ginza for shopping and then proceed for dinner.

After breakfast, today proceed to Fujiyama. At Fujiyama, revel in breathtaking views of Mt Fuji. Lunch at Indian Restaurant. Then, proceed to Hakone. Visit, Owakudani Boiling Valley (If weather permits), take Ropeway from Owakudani to Togendai Station. Then, enjoy Lake Ashi Cruise.
Dinner at Indian Restaurant. After dinner transfer back to Tokyo.

After breakfast at the hotel, check from Nagano hotel and transfer to Ogizawa station. As you arrive at Ogizawa station, START YOUR JOURNEY OF ALPEN ROUTE!
– Ogizawa to Kurobe Dam by Kanden Tunnel Electric Bus (15 min)
– Walking to Kurobeko Kurobe Cable Car by foot (15 min)
– Kurobeko to Kurobedaira by Cable Car (5 min)
– Kirobedaira to Daikanbo by Tateyama Ropeway (7 min)
– Daikanbo to Murodo by Tateyama Tunner Trolley Bus (10 min)
– Murodo to Bijodaira by Tateyama Highland Bus (50 min)
– Bijodaira to Tateyama Station by Cable car (7 min)
Lunch at local restaurant in the Alpen route. After completing Alpen route, transfer from Tateyama station to Toyama by chartered bus. Check-in at hotel in Toyama.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out from Toyama and transfer to Shirakawago. Upon arrival at Shirakawago, enjoy Shirakawago city tour:

Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, proceed to Kanazawa. At Kanazawa, visit:
– Kenrokuen Garden;
– Higashi Chaya-gai

After breakfast, proceed to railway station and enjoy an exciting Bullet Train journey to Hiroshima by Shinkansen. At Hiroshima, visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park (Atomic Bomb Dome). After lunch, proceed back to Osaka by road.

After breakfast, today we visit Kobe – known for its signature marbled beef and scenic setting of mountains framing the harbor. Visit Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum & listen to survivors talk about their experiences with the Kobe Earthquake, or participate in a disaster management seminar given by researchers. After Lunch, visit Kobe Mosaic Garden.
Later proceed back to Osaka and enjoy free time at Dotonbori Shopping Street. Thereafter proceed back to your hotel post dinner.

  • In case of cancelation, entire refundable amount will be given in form of a Credit Note.

VISA REJECTION POLICY

  • Visa Fee + Rs. 9500 service charges will be deducted from invoice amount and balance amount will be refunded.  

TRAVEL TIPS

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • Booking amount = INR 75,000/- per person to confirm the booking
  • Balance amount to be cleared 60 days prior to start date of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • No name change allowed after booking.
  • Minimum booking amount is INR 75,000/- per person.
  • Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
  • Tour Manager Service will only be provided if the Group size is of 30 passengers or above. For groups with size of less than 30 passengers, driver-cum-guide will accompany you.
  • PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
  • Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
  • Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
  • If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then cancellation charges would be          waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
  • In case of Visa rejection, the above-mentioned cancellation policy shall apply. Issuing of Visa or Rejection is solely in hands of Visa Consulate. Club TravelScape Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any rejections.

General advisories regarding your baggage & Bus travel
Only the two pieces of Check In & Hand Baggage (1 pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to availability. Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co passengers on Board.
The turn round for breakdown of bus on tour is minimum of 3hrs
