ITINERARY
DAY WISE ITINERARY
(Distance: 30 kms. / Driving Time: 1.30 hrs. / Altitude of Nagarkot: 2,195 mts.)
After completion of immigration formalities at the Kathmandu Airport exit door, you will be met by our representative and transferred to Nagarkot, which is around a one and a half-hour drive. Evening free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Nagarkot.
(Distance: 240 kms. / Driving Time: 7.30 hrs. / Altitude of Pokhara: 827 mts.)
After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to Pokhara. On the way, stop at Bhaktapur Dubar Square. Later, continue your drive to Pokhara. On arrival in Pokhara, check in at the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Weather permitting, you have the option of either going for a walk near the lake or going boating over Phewa Lake on a direct payment basis. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pokhara.
Early in the morning, you will be taken to Sarangkot, a village just above Pokhara and about 13 km away from Lakeside, which is famous for great views of the Himalayas and of Pokhara Valley on clear days, weather permitting. It takes about 45 to 60 minutes to drive from Pokhara to reach the place. Later in the day, visit Vindyavasini Temple, David’s Fall, and Gupteshwar Mahadev Caves. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pokhara
(Distance: 210 kms. / Driving Time: 6 hrs. / Altitude of Kathmandu: 1400 mts.)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kathmandu. On the way, you can visit Manakamana Temple. You can reach the temple by taking the cable car ride on a direct payment basis. On arrival, check in to the hotel. rest of the day is free for personal activities like exploring Thamel, a major shopping hub, on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, you will be taken on a half-day tour of Kathmandu City. You would visit Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. The rest of the day is free for leisure. You have the option of exploring Thamel, a major shopping hub, on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, you would visit Patan Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple). The rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Airport for your return journey.

Note:
❖ The above vehicle capacity includes Child also.
❖ Ford / Fiat / Manza / Swift Dezire / Similar vehicles do not have overhead carriers so please travel with light luggage.
❖ Vehicle will not be at disposal but will perform its respective duties as per the itinerary only. Half Day sightseeing is for 3 hours. Full day sightseeing is for 6 hours. For e.g. Pashupatinath & Boudhanath constitutes a Half Day Trip
❖ In our standard packages we have considered vehicles based on maximum capacity. For instance, for 2 Pax travelling together we have taken car like Ford / Fiat / Manza / Swift Dezire; for 4 Pax & 6 Pax, we have considered Scorpio / Similar vehicles and for 8 Pax and above till 12 pax we have taken Toyota Hiace.
❖ In case of increase in number of heads including child above the maximum capacity of vehicles considered, the guests will have to take bigger vehicle for which supplement costs shall apply as mentioned above. For example, capacity of car like Ford / Fiat / Manza / Swift Dezire is 3 Pax. So if a group size consists of 4 pax, than the guests would have to pay supplement for using Scorpio instead of SUV as mentioned above.
INCLUSION & EXCLUSIONS

▪ Meal Plan (CPAI)
▪ Hotel taxes applicable (as per itinerary).
▪ Exclusive A/c vehicle for all transfers & sightseeing as per itinerary.
▪ Air Fare/Train fare, insurance premium, any other activities like rafting, etc, services of guide during sightseeing for which supplemental charges will be applicable to be paid by the guests directly.
▪ Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips & gratuity, bottled water etc.
▪ Entrance Fees for museums and monuments, Upgradation Charges and Optional Tours to be paid by the guests directly on the spot.
▪ Any additional costs because of additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary will be recovered directly from the guests. Such additional costs are also applicable for usage of vehicle and guide beyond the specified time or normal working hours as mentioned above.
▪ Any cost arising due to unforeseen events like flight delays or their rescheduling or cancellation, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will be recovered directly from the guests on the spot.
▪ Any increase in government taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Documentation – Permit Requirement
Indian nationals do not require any visa for Nepal. A permit will be issued at the entry point on production of a passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure) or Voter ID (only valid document for issuing the Nepal Entry permit). The traveller should also carry photocopy of the travel documents and 04 passport size photographs. For Children, original Birth certificate in English and student ID is required. ADHAR CARD/ PAN CARD / DRIVING LICENSE IS NOT A VALID DOCUMENT TO TRAVEL TO NEPAL BY AIR.
