ITINERARY 

DAY WISE ITINERARY

Arrive at Delhi airport and Proceed towards Bhimtal on arrival in Bhimtal  check in at hotel after refreshment if time permits proceed to visit Bhimtal Lake. After that back to hotel, Dinner and overnight stay at Bhimtal.

After Morning breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Pithoragarh is the eastern hill district of Uttarakhand, neighbouring Tibet in the North and Nepal in the East. This captivating town with fascinating forest around nestled in a small valley.

Kainchi Dham is a beautiful ashram on the Nainital-Almora road offering a spiritual stopover in the lap of nature. This pilgrimage centre was established by Neem Karoli Baba, a saint of the early sixties. Along with Shri Poornanand of the Kainchi Village, Maharaj Neem Karoli built a temple dedicated to Hanuman.

Jageshwar temples is located  at a height of 1870 meter. The Main temple of Shiva is covered by 124 small ancient temples of different gods. According to Skandha Purana and Linga Purana the workship of lord Shiva was started from Jageshwar and 8th Shiva Jyotirlinga was originated here. It is beleived that Adi Sankaracharya visited Jageshwar Dham and renovated, re established many temples before leaving for Kedarnath Dham.
 After all the sightseeing proceed towards Pithoragarh , On arrival in Pithoragarh check in at hotel dinner & Overnight stay at Pithoragarh.

Arrival at Dharchula. On reaching Dharchula we get Paperwork for Inner line Permit done. We need inner line permit for this day as we have almost touched International border of Nepal . Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel.

Dharchula : “Dhar” means “Ridge” and “Chulha” means “A stove”. The unique geography of this place is the reason behind why we call this valley “Dharchula”, so if you see it from bird’s eye view, the town exactly looks like a Stove covered by high ridges on all four sides, divided by gushing “kali river” leaving Nepal on other side. Other than just Visiting Nepal, one could feel Dharchula in several other ways like a must visit to “RUNG” museum or tasting delicacies of dumplings. If you know how to connect to the vibration of places .Then you surely will touch the strings of historical Indo -Tibet trade and the great migration caravan could be felt in the eyes of every indigenous rung individual, the wrinkles on their brow and the primordial smile is enough to take you on the adventurous journey of silk route.

After Morning breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Gunji Cross the bridge over the roaring Dhauli and see the confluence of the Kali and Dhauli, travel along the kali river through dence forest. There are numerous springs and waterfalls on either side of the river, On reaching  Chhialekh the group enters the region of Byas Valley. The pasture of chhialekh is strewn with grasses and flowers. On the way we will visit Narayan Ashram after Tawaghat.  Gunji is located at an altitude of 10500 ft. This halt for acclimatisation purpose.  On arrival check in at house stay (4/6 Sharing)Dinner and overnight stay at Gunji

Early rise and go and visit  Om Parvat as darshan of Om early in the morning is very clear. After darshan we will come back to camp and and take a rest .

4km trek to Parvati kund – GUNJI

After morning breakfast go to Jyolingkong Adi Kailash after reaching there is some trek (because it is altitude people above 50 are advised to take horses ) visit Parvati Sarovar temple and then Gauri kund and have lunch at dhaba at Jyolingkong and later after darshan and prayers to Gunji. After all the sightseeing back to homestay dinner and overnight stay.

After morning breakfast drive to Chaukori  it Offers beautiful view of Kumaon Himalayas like Nanda devi, Nanda Kot,Chokhamba, Trishul, Panchachuli.  On arrival at Chaukori Check in at hotel dinner and overnight stay at Chaukori

After morning breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Bhimtal. Checkin at Hotel dinner and overnight stay at Chaukori.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive an advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-

Non Refundable Booking Amount any time after booking: Rs.5000/- or 10% of Tour Cost / Service Cost whichever is higher.

Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 25 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 44 days & 22 prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
Between 21 days to date of departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.

Flight cancellation charges shall be charged at actual in addition to the cancellation charges mentioned here in above. 

In case of 100 % cancellation charges it is deemed to mean and include forfeiture of  all the amounts paid including the air ticket cost and no refund will be paid in case of 100% cancellation charges.

Q: What will be the expected temperature and weather in Adi kailash and Om Parvat?

A : Day temperature will hover around 08 to 18 degree Celsius, while night temperature can go down to -05 and at some places more.

Q: Is Kailash Mansarovar and Adi Kailash same or different destination?

A: Adi Kailash and Kailash Mansarovar are different destination, but both are Panch Kailash. Adi Kailash is in Indian Himalayas and Kailash Mansarovar is in Tibet. Both are holy mountains.

Q: Roads remains open in winter?

A: Due to the heavy snow fall, inner line permit process is closed by administration in winter.

Q: What is Om Parvat actually?

A: It’s a natural shape of Om on snowcapped mountain. According to Hindu scripture, it’s a sign of high energy and creation.

Q: Is it off-road drive or smooth one ?

A: From Kathgodam to Dharchula, it’s well-connected road but from Dharchula to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat totally offroad. We used 4/4 transport for particular stretch.

Q: What is AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness)?

A: AMS is result of sudden exposure to reduced air pressure and lower oxygen level at high altitude. General symptoms are Headache, Fatigue, Nausea, and Loss of appetite, sleeplessness, heavy breathing. Descending down and inhaling oxygen can cure it faster. That is why we recommend to spend at least two days in Leh, so that you get some time to acclimatize.

Q: What are the precautions for photography gears?

A: You don’t need to worry much about the professional gears much, they are built to sustain such extreme weathers. For basic gears, just keep that battery at warm places.

Q: I had no time to prepare, can I buy warm clothes in Dharchula/Pithoragarh?

A: No, we suggest you buy it at home location and try it out couple of times.

Q: Is there some trekking involved in this?

A: Not too much but while visit Gauri Kund and Parvati sarovar then we have to do 6km trek .

Q: I have medical history related to breathing, blood pressure or anything significant, Can I travel at such height and low temperature?

A: Please consult your doctor for the same.

Q: What about the phone connectivity.

A: Airtel/BSNL/JIO works till Dharchula, Only wi-fi available At Finding Shiva community Village Nabi.

Q: is there required Inner line permit and medical fitness certificate for Adi kailash yatra ?

A: Yes. You have to make medical fitness certificate from any MBBS doctor. we will assist you for Inner line permit.

Q: How can I do Adi Kailash Om Parvat Yatra from Gujarat?

A: You can take flight to Delhi/Pantnagar / Bareilly then start Yatra .

  • Medical fitness certificate required from any MBBS doctor
  • Copy of Identity proof like Aadhar card, Indian Passport and Voter ID
