AMARNATH HELICOPTER YATRA

ITINERARY
DAY WISE ITINERARY
Upon arrival at Srinagar airport, you will be met by our representative, who will transfer you to Deluxe Houseboat / Hotel. In the evening, enjoy shikararide tour, which will cover Charchinar, Floating Gardens, canals, etc.
After early breakfast, proceed for Sonmarg, which will take you to Neelgrath Helipad.
Neelgrath: Panchtarni-Neelgrath helicopter ride. The Helicopter start operating at 06.00 a.m. (Weather Permitting). Panjtarni is approx. 6 km from Holy Cave; you can go there by Foot or hire Palki/Pony at your own cost.
After darshan return back to Panjtarni to board helicopter to Neelgrath,.
Return back to Sonmarg. On arrival, check in your hotel . Dinner & overnight stay at Sonmarg.
After breakfast, proceed to Srinagar and take a city tour that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. We will explore the gardens, enjoy shikara ride on dal Lake, and later drive back to the houseboat/hotel for dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel or houseboat.
After breakfast, time is free until departure. Transfer by car to Srinagar airport for departure to the next destination.

EASY CANCELLATION
NOTES
➔All passengers have to report 2 hours prior to departure due to security checking at the airport.
➔No hand baggage will be allowed to be carried inside the aircraft due to security reasons. Only jewelry and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage.
➔Names of hotels mentioned in our offer only indicate that our rates are based on the usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey to you the confirmation of accommodation at these hotels.
➔Hotel accommodation is subject to availability; otherwise, an alternate will be provided before asking you.
➔No vehicle is allowed to pick up guest inside railway station / Airport in Jammu; therefore, our driver will coordinate with you for the same
➔No vehicle is allowed to visit Aru, Chandanwari, or Beetab Valley in Pahalgam except local taxies.
➔Our cab will remain with you throughout the whole tour
➔Booking shall be released if advance payment was not received on or before the cutoff dates provided
➔On booking confirmation, you have to pay 100% of the total invoice amount to guarantee your booking, then the remaining balance on the day of arrival to continue further services, failing which service could be stopped.
➔Any complaint regarding any hotel or its service shall not be entertained after checking out of the said hotel/houseboat. Hence, you are requested to immediately contact your concerned person for the same.
The dates mentioned above are tentative. Your booking will be processed as per your desired dates.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We provide Amaranth Yatra helicopter packages. We are not authorized to sell just helicopter tickets.
• In the event of a booking cancellation, our cancellation policy will be applicable.
• Price excludes airfares, train fares, bus fares personal expenses like laundry, telephone, tips, Mineral Water bottles, room services, ponies, palkies charges, monuments charges, personal expenses, etc.
• Meals in the package can only be availed of in the provided hotels.
• Meals while travelling are not included in the package and shall be paid by the customer.
• Entrance fees, if any, at any point shall be paid by customers.
• Hotels, helicopter tickets, and transport are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Rates are subject to change (without prior notice) in the event of a major fuel hike, a hike in Government taxes, etc.
• Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel, helicopter’s.
• Due to bad weather or technical reasons, if the scheduled flight is cancelled
/ delay, Sonamarg / Srinagar hotel/houseboat will consider No-Show for that day without any refund {In case client is not able to reach at their pre-booked hotel or destination}. next day’s accommodation has to be taken care by the guest directly. Transportation would be charged Rs. 2000–3000 extra per day.
• In case of cancellation of the scheduled flight due to bad weather, force majeure, or technical reasons, advance-booked passengers would get priority the next day {as per the aviation management, current situations, and previous rush}.
• All passengers have to collect the refund amount directly from the Helipad. will not be responsible in case the traveller does not get a refund from the aviation services.
• Due to lack of payment, Charter’s official will advise you to put the cancellation stamp & sign in the helicopter tickets {at Neelgarth, Pahalgam Helipad, and Katra Helipad} by them to collect the refund from passenger’s travel agents. In this case, we can just process your refund request to Charter’s office or authorized agents. Whenever we get the refund, we will forward it to the passengers. All refunds will proceed after 55–60 days of the Amarnath Yarta. In case of any kind of delay in refund / non-payment by the aviation services, our company will not be liable for the same. The client can directly contact the aviation services for a refund. To claim the refund, we would require the original cancelled tickets with stamp and sign {from Neelgarth/Pahalgam Helipad and in Karta at Niharika Bhawan}. You have to put the compulsory cancellation stamp & sign on your helicopter tickets. Without stamped tickets, no refund request will be accepted.
• Passenger can directly send through courier/speed post the original stamped cancelled tickets to us at: Gujjar Nagar Jammu/ Durga Nag Temple Sonwar Srinagar 190001) along with the bank details with IFSC Code to avail the helicopter actual ticket cost refund. As early as possible, we will get the same from Charter’s office and forward it to the passengers. Passengers can also directly contact the airline for a refund of cancelled helicopter tickets.
• shall not be responsible for non-show of passenger(s) at the next destination due to cancellation of helicopter services due to backload, delay boarding, technical reasons, & also shall not be responsible if passenger(s) get stuck at Holy Cave, Panchtarani, etc. and do not turn up at the next destination. - No refund shall be made for all on-the-spot paid arrangements, i.e., hotels, camps, transport, and other arrangements booked by the customer, due to the reasons mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
• can book helicopter tickets for passengers. All land & boarding arrangements have to be done by Aviation Services only.
• Yatris travelling by helicopter to Panjtarni shall not be required to secure Yatra Permits, but such Yatris will be required to produce Compulsory Health Certificates, duly issued by authorized doctors or institutes, at the time of boarding the helicopter at Neelgrat or Pahalgam. No Yatri shall be allowed to board the helicopter without first submitting the CHC (Compulsory Medical Certificate).
• Children below 13 years of age, elderly persons above the age of 75 years, and ladies who are more than 6 weeks pregnant shall not be permitted to undertake the pilgrimage.
• Passengers are requested to report at the departure helipad one hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at the reporting time mentioned in the PTD. Passengers reporting beyond these timings shall be treated as “NO SHOW” passengers {without any refund} and the Operator reserves the right to allot the seat to other passengers. For Panjtarni to Neelgrath sector, passengers will be boarded on a first-come, first-served First Serve Basis subject to availability of seats.
• In case of bad weather or any technical reason, if the flight is cancelled at Amarnath or Vaishnodevi Sector, the actual ticket cost for the round trip will be refunded by helicopter services. Transaction charges & taxes will not be refunded.
• Helicopter Services could be any of the aviation services available in the sector. It could be either of Pawanhans or Global Vectra or mixed from Neelgarth Route and from Pahalgam, tickets will be of Himalayan Heli Services. The estimated timings of Helicopter Tickets are between 06:30 AM and 12:00 Noon {for Same Day Package}, & In Next Day Package tickets timing will be after 01:30 PM onwards via Neelgarth route.
• Every passenger has to carry the hotel vouchers during travel. Without vouchers, check-in at Hotel will not be granted.
• Compulsory Photo identity proof has to be produced on Check-in (Passport, Voter ID, Pan Card, driving license, Aadhar Card, and any other government-approved ID, etc.)
• No replacement accommodation is allowed during the stay. If guest(s) or passenger(s) stuck at Sonamarg / Panchtarani and want their stay at Sonmarg only instead of Srinagar for the same day, they have to make own arrangements at own cost. Srinagar stay will be considered no-show without any refund.
• The Amarnath Yatra package cannot be rescheduled for any other destination.
• If passenger(s) keep their vehicle for the entire tour and cannot visit any sightseeing or destination due to any reason, no refund of transportation will be allotted. Only Airport drop-off shall be provided on the last day between 9 AM
12 PM from Srinagar.
• No cancellation / refund request will be acceptable if the Shivling is melted early.
• No package cancellation / refund request will be acceptable due to any reason if air, train, or bus tickets get cancelled by the airline, railway, / bus operator. cancellation policy will be applicable.
• If guest(s) or passenger(s) fail to reach the pre-booked hotel or destination due to reasons beyond our control, viz., rail, flight, helicopter delays, roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances, strikes, terrorism, or curfew, they have to manage all expenses for their same-day stay. In the event of a cancellation, our cancelation policy will be applicable.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar only.
