DAY WISE ITINERARY
- Welcome to Bagdogra Airport.
- Representative assistance and vehicle pick-up.
- Drive to Gangtok, passing through Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary.
- Follow the course of River Teesta.
- Check-in at the hotel in Gangtok.
- Overnight stay in Gangtok.
- Breakfast, then start the excursion to Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir.
- Optional cable car ride recommended.
- Overnight stay in Gangtok.
- Optional Nathula Pass at an extra cost of Rs. 6000 per vehicle (subject to availability, closed on Monday. Must be booked in advance)
- After breakfast, check out with limited luggage.
- Proceed to Lachung (9,500 ft.) in North Sikkim.
- Enroute visit Naga Waterfall and Bhim Nala Waterfall.
- Check-in at the hotel in Lachung.
- Overnight stay in Lachung.
- After breakfast, drive to Yumthang Valley.
- Optional tour of Zero point at an extra cost of Rs. 4000, payable directly to the driver
- Return to the hotel, overnight stay in Lachung.
- Transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.) and check-in.
- Overnight stay in Gangtok.
- After breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.).
- Check-in at the hotel, rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
- Early morning drive to Tiger Hill for sunrise.
- Visit Batasia Loop on the way back.
- After breakfast, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, Tea Garden (outer view), and Japanese Temple.
- Evening free for shopping or leisure.
- Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Note:
- One piece luggage per person will be accepted.
- For North Sikkim, limited luggage is allowed. Take one or two piece only and keep the rest at the Gangtok hotel.
EXCLUSIONS
- Expenses for personal items such as laundry, telephone usage, tips, gratuity, and purchases of mineral, soft, or hard drinks.
- Any sightseeing activities or vehicle usage beyond the specified itinerary.
- Costs associated with camera usage, hiring guides or tour escorts, and entrance fees to attractions.
- Expenses incurred due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockages, political disturbances, etc.

EASY CANCELLATION
- ₹5000 per person service charge if cancelled before 30 days
- 15% cancellation charges if cancelled before 30 days before the tour.
- 25% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 20 days before the tour.
- 50% cancellation charges if cancelled within a 10 days before the tour.
- No refund for tour starting within 10 days of tour or after starting or middle of the tour.
- No Show 100% of tour cost.
NOTES
1. Lachung & Lachen are remote regions with poor road infrastructure. It typically takes 6-8 hours to reach from Gangtok.
2. Power outages are quite common and the hotels provide backup power supply from 6 am to 11 pm. The generator will not operate between 11 pm – 6 am. Candles can be provided on request.
3. Hotel may not be able to provide room heater at Lachen & Lachung. They can provide hot water bags instead.
4. For other destinations where room heater is available, it is always on extra charge (except high end hotels), payable directly at the hotel. The cost is around ₹500 per night.
5. Geyser might not work at Lachen & Lachung. Hot water will be supplied in bucket.
6. Elevators may not be available in your hotel. If you have difficulty in climbing stairs, it should be mentioned at the time of booking.
7. Extra bed means a foldable cot or a mattress on the floor. It depends on the hotel and we have no control over it.
8. For group bookings, adjacent and same floor rooms cannot be guaranteed. Room allocation is as per the availability.
9. All guests are requested to carry minimum luggage when travelling to North Sikkim and keep the balance luggage at the hotel in Gangtok.
10. Aadhaar and PAN card is not a valid ID in Sikkim. We require passport size photograph and photo identity card – (Voter ID card / Passport / Driving License/ School ID Card for children) to process the restricted area permit. Guest must carry the original Identity card.
11. AC in vehicle will only operate in plains & not in hills.
12. During season time due to peak demand, Innova / Xylo can be provided as per availability only. In case of non-availability of the desired vehicle, we would provide any other vehicle.
13. In case the numbers of heads are more than the mentioned maximum capacity in the Package or the guests are carrying excessive luggage, then the guest will have to take additional vehicle with an additional cost.
14. Carry feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter; light woolens during summer; walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon.
