Sightseeing
The architecture of the city, like Puerta de Alcalá, Cibeles, Puerta del Sol, Prado Museum, Plaza Mayor, Calle Atocha, Reina Sofia Museum, Atocha main railway station, Banco de España and Paseo de la Castellana are definitely worth the visit. Moreover football plays an important role in the city: visit high quality football of the two main teams: Real Madrid in Santiago Bernabeu stadium or Atletico Madrid in Vincente Calderon stadium.
Gastronomy
The San Miguel market could be defined as the temple of gastronomy. It is home to 33 stalls selling mouth-watering products and selected ingredients to take home or to consume right there in the premises. Next to all the abundance of the typical Spanish bars and restaurant, San Gines is a must for tasting churros, prepared in Spanish style – deep fried and served with thick hot dark chocolate.

Sightseeing
Cordoba is a city full of Andalusian charm and rich history, which you will explore on this day. Once the capital of Moorish spain for three centuries, it is thought to have been the largest city in Europe during the time of the Islamic reign. Walking through the city of the impressive Arab mosque will provide you an insight into Cordoba’s past. Besides the mosque, places like the roman bridge and theatre, the old Jewish quarters and the alcazar of the Christian kings are phenomenal to see.
Gastronomy
Cordoba’s gastronomy is based primarily on farm products as its livestock of the olive oil. There are also Muslim influences, like the use of different spices. As typical local dishes we can highlights the salmorejo (cold tomato soup), the flamenquines, the oxtail, lamb with honey and artichokes.

Sightseeing
Plaza de España, Cathedral Santa Maria de la Sede and adjoining Maria Luisa Park are among the most pleasant spaces in Sevilla. Nearby is Sevilla’s old Jewish quarter, the district of Santa Cruz with its narrow white alleys and flowered patios. In the 21st century metropole parasol, also known as Las Setas, was launched to cheer up the dead spot between more popular tourist destinations in the city. Do not forget to visit the typical Andalusian folk music, the traditional flamenco.
Gastronomy
Typical desserts from Sevilla include periños, a honey-coated sweet fritter, torrijas, fried slices of bread with honey, roscos fritos, deep-fried sugar-coated ring doughnuts and tortas de aceite, a thin sugar-coated cake made with olive oil. Bitter Sevilla oranges grow on trees lining the city streets, which gives the city its true image. The flowers of the tree are a source of neroli oil, commonly used in perfumery and skin lotions.

Sightseeing
The Alhambra is certainly Granada´s most emblematic monument and one the most visited in Spain. The view from this mountain is incredible and on the opposite you can find Mirador de San Nicolas, which gives you an overlook of the Alhambra. This viewpoint is located in the old Arabic quarter and characterized by cobblestone streets with white washed houses.
Gastronomy
From the high mountain ranges around Granada comes the perhaps best known speciality of the region; the jamón de trevelez, a ham that is cured in the snow. Ajo blanco is a delicious cold soup made of almonds, original from the coast, bread and garlic. In the mountain range Sierra de Alpujarra are migas alpujarreñas, made of fried pieces of bread, and pollo con tomate, chicken in tomato sauce.

Sightseeing
Explore Valencia with a visit to the city’s most important monuments, most of them located within a walking distance from the city’s main square, Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The central market, the former silk exchange “La Lonja”, Plaza de la Reina, the cathedral, Miguelete bell tower, Turia river bed gardens and the City of Arts and Sciences are one of the greatest places of interest.
Gastronomy
The most famous Valencian dish is one of the most recent ones; paella. Although many towns claims to be the birthplace of paella, it is usually considered native to Albufera and Ribera, just south of Valencia. The typical ‘Valencian paella’ is made with chicken and rabbit, the traditional paella is made with of seafood. Horchata is the name of serval kinds of traditional beverages, made of ground almonds, sesame seeds, rice or tigernuts.
