§ Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof, it can be produced if asked by hotel.

ü  Balance 50% – 10 days before Guest arrival

ü  Booking will be confirmed after receiving advance amount

ü  The Mention extra bed means:  Most hotels provide only the mattress
not the cot. It completely depends on the hotel & availability. We only
request to the hotel, but it is not in our control.

ü  Non-A/c rooms at all Hill Station,
and Vehicle Ac will not be working on Hill Area If

any Meal / Service, is missed in a particular place it will not be compensated
in another location)

ü  For
Rohtang pass: Due to Government & NGT Policy Our vehicle could not go Rohtang pass, you can hire
vehicle for Rohtang pass from local union, payment to be done directly for
local vehicle. We can help find the vehicle

ü  Peak Season: This being peak time all location
and hotels will be crowded. Any sightseeing place missed one a particular day
will not be covered the next day (as the routes are generally different

ü  Snow – Peak Season: Due to Peak Season Period – heavy Rain – Snow fall, at some sightseeing destinations Tourist Vehicle are allowed till parking place (Or before stopped, due to Heavy Rush / Traffic Jam / Not Allowed) and guest have to walk to the monument – points or if they wish they can hire local transport / any Rides of their own.

ü  Snow Time: if due to Heavy Snow / Rain – Road Jam/ Block – Land slide – Slippery
Road, that time Might be for local
visit the vehicle may not be able to cover all the points and skip any Meals –Services – Sight Seeing point, will
not refund any unused service and if guest have to walk to the Hotel – monument
– points or if they wish they can hire local transport / any Rides of their own

Ø The above package cost calculates on Base category room in mention hotel (Until room category not mention), if want upper category, then package cost also will vary accordingly

Ø  If your Query for PEAK SEASON, during summer period (1 Apr -10 July’24), Diwali Vacation – New Year Vacation (20thDec’24 – 5 Jan’2025) {Dates could be varying hotel to hotel) …, So Book Earlier, avoid last moment Rush – No rooms & rates are dynamic, so can change any moment  

Ø  If in any hotel (which we provide), GALA DINNER is mandatory on Particular Peak dates (Diwali / Christmas / New Year), then Guest pay directly in hotel, it’s excluding in Package cost Part

Ø  Generally, Hotel check in Time 12.00 Noon & Check out time 10.00am, {it could vary City to City & Hotel to Hotel} Early Check in & Late check- out, it depends on Rooms Availability & Hotelier 

Ø  Vehicle will not be at disposal it will be available to guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis).

Ø  It is mandatory for All Guest to carry Original Photo ID Proof at the time of hotel check in
