BUDAPEST – Hungary’s capital, is bisected by the River Danube. Its 19th-century Chain Bridge connects the hilly Buda district with flat Pest. A funicular runs up Castle Hill to Buda’s Old Town, where the Budapest History Museum traces city life from Roman times onward. Trinity (Heroes) Square is home to 13th-century Matthias Church and the turrets of the Fishermen’s Bastion, which offer sweeping views.

KRAKOW – Southern Poland city near the border of the Czech Republic, is known for its well-preserved medieval core and Jewish quarter. Its old town – ringed by Planty Park and remnants of the city’s medieval walls – is centered on the stately, expansive Rynek Glówny (Main Market Square 40000 sq. mtrs. Is the largest medieval town square in Europe. This plaza is the site of the Cloth Hall, a Renaissance-era trading outpost, and St. Mary’s Basilica, a 14th-century Gothic church.

PRAGUE – The Czech Republic’s largest city, and also its capital, Prague strategically hugs the Vltava River and has always played an important part in central Europe’s polices, culture and economy. The beautiful and picturesque Charles Bridge straddles the river banks, famous for its classic monuments as it is for the breath taking views of the city. Visit Prague Castle, St Vitus Cathedral, Old Town Square, Wenceslas square, Charles bridge, Gothic church, Medieval Astronomical clock. Karlovy Vary most captivating spa towns in Europe.

BRATISLAVA – Bratislava Capital of the Slovakia Republic BRATISLAVA also referred to as the Beauty on the Danube can not only boast interesting history but it also is the Centre of the most dynamically developing region of central Europe at present. Bratislava is a small historical city, but largest in Slovakia and a youngest European metropolis. Enjoy the shopping, dining and natural wonders Bratislava has reemerged as sparkler of history, culture, business and recreation.

VIENNA – Austria’s capital offers a unique blend of imperial traditions and stunning architecture. Famous for its many cultural events, classical concerts, imperial architecture, coffee houses, cozy wine taverns, and the very special Viennese charm upon arrival. Visit State Opera, Parliament, Town hall, the UNESCO world heritage site, Imperial Palace, Schonbrunn Palace & Splendid Gardens.

ZAGREB – Croatia’s north western capital, is distinguished by its 18th- and 19th-century Austro-Hungarian architecture. At its centre, Upper Town is the site of the Gothic, twin-spired Zagreb Cathedral and 13th-century St. Mark’s Church, with a colourful tiled roof. Nearby is pedestrian-friendly Tkalčićeva Street, lined with outdoor cafes.

After breakfast, proceed to Szentendre village which is a Hungarian town on the Danube River, north of the capital, Budapest. It’s known for its baroque architecture, churches, colorful houses & narrow, cobbled streets. The main square, the alleyways around it are lined with art galleries, museums & shops. In the afternoon, proceed for a city tour of Budapest – Visit Heroes Square, Citadel & Fishermen’s Bastion. See the Parliament building, Margaret island, chain-suspension bridge that spans the river Danube between Buda & Pest.

After breakfast, visit Tihany Village & Lake Balaton, A freshwater lake in western Hungary. It’s a major holiday destination with beaches, volcanic hills, resort towns and high-rise hotels along its 197km shoreline. After breakfast, proceed for A scenic drive to Zagreb. Visit old town square, delightful place to explore and hosts some of Zagreb’s most interesting restaurants, bars and cafes. Visit most famous cathedral of blessed Virgin Mary. After breakfast, proceed to visit famous Plitvice National Park the shimmering lakes and lush forests of Plitvice in central Croatia have long drawn visitors from around the region. A national park since 1949, It is the UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979, due to its outstanding and picturesque series of tufa lakes, caves, connected by waterfalls.  Enjoy thousands of sparkling falls, clean air, the great Splashier along with Boat ride on Lake Kozjak.

After breakfast proceed for a scenic drive to Bratislava. Later in the evening city tour of Bratislava on Tram Visit Bratislava Castle which is the main castle of Bratislava. The massive rectangular building with four corner towers stands on an isolated rocky hill of the Little Carpathians directly above the Danube river in the middle of Bratislava.

After breakfast, proceed for Vienna Orientation city tour like state opera, Parliament, Town hall, the UNESCO world heritage site, Imperial Palace, Schonbrunn Palace & Splendid Gardens. Summer resident of Austrian emperors for nearly 150 years, it is a former imperial summer residence located in Vienna, Austria. Later in the afternoon proceed for a scenic drive to Krakow.

KINDLY NOTE: All the documents should be in A4 size paper.
1.    Valid Passport (issued within the last 10 years and with at least 6 months validity).+ all old passport
2.    Xerox copy of 1st page & last page of your passport & copy of previous Schengen visa, UK visa, US visa (If you have any)
3.    2 recent photographs (not older than 6 months) on matt finish in color with white background and face of the applicant much cover at least 80 % of the frame (35*45 MM and without glasses).
4.    If the person is salaried:
A- Covering letter on plain paper. (mention that you are a salaried person)
B- Personal bank statement or bank passbook Xerox of last 6 months on A4 size paper.(the balance should be 2lacs per person) original Bank Statement: last six consecutive months’ personal bank statements (Updated).bank stamp and signature C- Salary slip of last 3 months signed and sealed by the company.
D- Leave letter signed and sealed by the company.
E- IT returns of last 3 years.

5.    If the person is a business owner:
A- Covering letter on company’s letterhead. (Mention that you are a businessman)
B- Personal bank statement or bank passbook Xerox of last 6 months on A4 size paper. 6.    If a person is a Broker:
A- Covering letter on plain paper (Mention that you are a broker (agent) and you work on commission basis)
B- Personal bank statement or bank passbook Xerox of last 6 months on A4 size paper. (balance should be 2 lacs) original Bank Statement: last six consecutive months’ personal bank statements (Updated).bank stamp and signature C- IT returns of last 3 years.
D- If a person is a LIC agent than the license certificate is mandatory.

7.    If a person is a student:
A- ID of school or college.
B- Bonafide certificate or fee receipt of school or college.

8. If a person is retired:
A- Covering letter on plain paper (Mention that you are a retired person)
B- Personal bank statement or bank passbook Xerox of last 6 months on A4 size paper. (the balance should be 2 lacs per person)
C- IT returns or form no. 16 for last 3 years.
D- Pension slip (3 months)

9.    If a minor is travelling & someone is sponsoring you for your trip:
A- The applicant has to submit the Covering letter on plain paper.
B- The sponsoring person need to submit a notarize sponsor letter on 100 Rs stamp paper.
C- Your parents should provide a no objection certificate on 100 Rs stamp paper which should be notarized, mentioning that my child is travelling with somebody and I have no objection with signature of both parents is required. Also a copy of parent’s passport’s 1st and last page or any other ID proof.
D- Bank statement of 6 months & IT paper of last 3 years of the sponsorer.

VISA REJECTION POLICY

  • Visa Fee + Rs. 9500 service charges will be deducted from invoice amount and balance amount will be refunded.  

TRAVEL TIPS

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • Booking amount = INR 50,000/- per person to confirm the booking
  • Balance amount to be cleared 60 days prior to start date of the tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • No name change allowed after booking.
  • Minimum booking amount is INR 50,000/- per person.
  • Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
  • PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
  • Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
  • Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
  • If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then cancellation charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
  • In case of Visa rejection, the above-mentioned cancellation policy shall apply. Issuing of Visa or Rejection is solely in hands of Visa Consulate. Club TravelScape Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any rejections.

General advisories regarding your baggage & Bus travel
Only the two pieces of Check In & Hand Baggage (1 pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to availability. Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co passengers on Board. Only the two pieces of baggage is allowed Check In & Hand Baggage (1pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to space availability& will be at an additional cost for excess baggage & will be at an additional cost for excess baggage. The turn round for breakdown of bus on tour is minimum of 3hrs to 4hrs

Lunch and Dinner on 1st and last day of the tour are provided by Club TravelScape Holidays in case the flight reaches the stipulated destination in morning before 10 am or leaves destination at night after 11pm respectively.
