DAY WISE ITINERARY
Arrival in Tokyo –the capital of Japan! Upon arrival, meet with our representative at arrival hall. From airport, transfer to restaurant for dinner and then check in at your hotel in Tokyo!

After breakfast, today enjoy Tokyo orientation city tour. First visit Sensō-ji – and ancient Buddhist temple located in Asakusa. Enjoy free time at Nakamise-dori Street and then make your way to board your boat to enjoy Sumida river Cruise. Later visit Odaiba and visit Statue of Liberty. After Lunch at Indian restaurant, visit teamLab Planets, a mesmerizing digital art experience, taking visitors on an immersive journey through stunning, interactive installations. Later, enjoy free time at Daiso (100-yen shop) before dinner.

After breakfast, today first we enjoy photostop at Tokyo Imperial Palace. Then visit Shinjuku Gyoen park and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building with view platform to witness the majestic Cherry Blossom. Later after lunch, proceed towards Shibuya Crossing. Enjoy free time at Ginza for shopping and then proceed for dinner.

After breakfast at the Hotel, check out & proceed to Fujiyama. Revel in breathtaking views of Mt Fuji. Visit Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum, Traditional Japanese Village & Shiraito no Taki Waterfalls. After lunch, proceed to Nagoya. Check-in at your hotel in Nagoya after dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out & drive to Kyoto. Upon arrival at Kyoto, enjoy guided Kyoto city sightseeing tour and visit Kinkaku-ji temple & Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. Later, continue onwards to Osaka. Upon arrival at Osaka, check-in at your hotel post dinner.

After breakfast, today we visit Kobe – known for its signature marbled beef and scenic setting of mountains framing the harbor. Visit Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum & listen to survivors talk about their experiences with the Kobe Earthquake, or participate in a disaster management seminar given by researchers. Then, visit Kobe Mosaic area and enjoy free time with harbour views. Later after lunch, visit Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens. Proceed back to Osaka and back to your hotel post dinner.

After breakfast, proceed to shinkansen station and enjoy an exciting Bullet Train journey to Hiroshima by Shinkansen. At Hiroshima, first we visit Miyajima island and Itsukishima shrine. Later after lunch, Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park (Atomic Bomb Dome) and Hiroshima Museum. In evening, proceed back to Osaka by bullet train.

- In case of cancelation, entire refundable amount will be given in form of a Credit Note.
- Credit Note can only be used by the person in whose name it is issued.
- Credit Note will be valid for 1 year from date of issue.
VISA REJECTION POLICY
- Visa Fee + Rs. 9500 service charges will be deducted from invoice amount and balance amount will be refunded.
TRAVEL TIPS
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- Booking amount = INR 50,000/- per person to confirm the booking
- Balance amount to be cleared 60 days prior to start date of the tour.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- No name change allowed after booking.
- Minimum booking amount is INR 50,000/- per person.
- Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.
- PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.
- Universal standard check-in time is 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1000 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.
- Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.
- If tour get cancelled due to Covid Protocols or any Government restrictions then cancellation charges would be waived off and credit note will be given to be utilized in future.
- In case of Visa rejection, the above-mentioned cancellation policy shall apply. Issuing of Visa or Rejection is solely in hands of Visa Consulate. Club TravelScape Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any rejections.
General advisories regarding your baggage & Bus travel
Only the two pieces of Check In & Hand Baggage (1 pc each) permitted to be carried in the Bus during travel. If any guest wishes to carry additional baggage on board which is not compliant with the permissible limits it’s at discretion of baggage space in the bus subject to availability. Hence would request all guest to fellow the above strictly and avoid inconvenience to other co passengers on Board. The turn round for breakdown of bus on tour is minimum of 3hrs to 4hrs
Lunch and Dinner on 1st and last day of the tour are provided by Club TravelScape Holidays in case the flight reaches the stipulated destination in morning before 10 am or leaves destination at night after 11pm respectively.
