ITINERARY
DAY WISE ITINERARY
(Distance: 130 kms. / Driving Time: 5 hrs. / Altitude of Gangtok: 1,650 mts)
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport, you will be met by our local representative and transferred to Gangtok. Upon arrival in Gangtok, check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Gangtok.

(Distance: One Way – Baba Mandir from Tsomgo Lake – 16 kms. / Driving Time: 1 hrs. / Altitude of Baba Mandir: 4,000 mts)
After breakfast, you will be taken on a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
(In case of Land slide or any other reason, Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.)

After breakfast, you would check out of the hotel with limited luggage and get driven to Lachung in north Sikkim. On the way stop at Naga Waterfall, the Confluence of Lachen Chu (River) & Lachung Chu (River) at Chungthang and Bhim Nala Waterfall. On arrival in Lachung, check in at the hotel, resort, or lodge. Overnight stay at the hotel, resort, or lodge in Lachung.

Early in the morning, you would be driven to Yumthang Valley, also known as the Sikkim Valley of Flowers, famous for its natural beauty. There is also a hot spring nearby that is believed to have medicinal properties. Later, you would be driven back to the hotel for lunch and then transferred to Gangtok. On a clear sunny day, on the way back, guests can get great views of Mount Khangchendzonga from the Singhik view point. On arrival in Gangtok, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

After breakfast, you would be driven to Pelling. Upon arrival in Pelling, check-in at the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pelling.
After breakfast, you will be visiting Darap village, Rimbi Water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake, & Khangchendzongha waterfalls. Later in the day, you would be visiting Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Ruins, Sang-Ngag Choling (Sky Walk), and New Helipad Ground. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at a hotel in Pelling.

After breakfast, you will be driven to Darjeeling via Singla Check post. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.
Early in the morning, at around 4 a.m., you would be driven to Tiger Hills (2590 m, subject to availability of a permit & token) to see a spectacular view of the sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). After breakfast, you would be visiting Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Thursday Closed) & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Thursday Closed), Darjeeling Ropeway Ride (Ticket cost not included), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Sunday Closed), & Tea Garden (Outer View). Evening free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Darjeeling.

Note:
❖ In case of increase in number of heads including child above the maximum capacity of vehicles considered, the guests will have to take bigger/extra vehicle for which supplement costs shall apply as mentioned above. For example, capacity of Wagon R / Alto is 3 Pax. So if a group size consists of 4 pax where 3rd pax is either an adult or child, than the guests would have to pay supplement for using Innova / Scorpio / Xylo instead of Wagon R / Alto as mentioned above.
INCLUSION & EXCLUSIONS
Inclusions

▪ All the rooms are base category, unless indicated separately
▪ Meal Plan (MAPAI).
▪ Hotel taxes applicable (as per itinerary).
▪ Exclusive Non a/c vehicle for all transfers & sightseeing as per itinerary. The concept of disposal vehicles is not practiced in this sector. The vehicle is strictly on point to point basis as per the itinerary.
▪ GST.

▪ Air Fare/Train fare.
▪ Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips & gratuity, bottled water, drinks, activities like rafting, rock climbing, para gliding, joy ride (Toy Train), Ropeway etc.
▪ Entrance Fees for museums and monuments
▪ Guide charges
▪ Any additional costs because of additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle other than mentioned in the itinerary will be recovered directly from the guests.
▪ Any cost arising due to unforeseen events like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will be recovered directly from the guests on the spot.
▪ Any increase in costs due to increase in government taxes or fuel price which increases cost of surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
▪ Room heater charges

▪ Anything which is not included in the inclusion.
COST
EASY CANCELLATION
Cancellation Request has to be sent to us by Email. Such cancellation charges shall also be applicable on reduction of rooms after initial confirmation. Cancellation charges shall also be applicable if the guests fail to show up for any flight or train cancellations.
● Cancellation made within 15-30 days from the date of arrival: 25%
● Cancellation made within 07-14 days from the date of arrival: 50%
● Cancellation made within 03-07 days from the date of arrival: 75%
● Cancellation made within 02 days (including No Shows) from the date of arrival: 100%
Cancellation policy shall apply in case of vehicles also
Further, the hotels in North Sikkim follow have very strict cancellation policy and do not follow the above. Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained. They also do not take any responsibility for the issue of permits. For any cancellations or no show even because of non-receipt of permits, road blockage etc full cancellation shall be applicable and there will be no refund.
NOTES:
Documentation – Permit Requirement
Indian Nationals require permits to visit Tsomgo Lake, North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen) & Nathula Pass (Supplement costs Rs 6000 Per Vehicle + 5% GST, Monday closed). The documents needed are given below:
It is mandatory for the guests to carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof like Voter ID card / Passport (6 months validity) / Driving License (6 months validity) with photo copy for processing the permit. PAN Card / Aadhar Card are not acceptable for issuance of the Permit. For child of above 05 yrs, child School ID card is valid. It is also mandatory to carry original birth certificate in English.
The above details are only applicable for 1 destinations. If the guests are covering multiple or all of above destinations, then they must carry adequate number of photographs and photocopies of documents. Further we must also get a list mentioning the Name Age & Gender of all traveller family wise so that we can process the permits.
CHILD POLICY:
Please note the following points for Child Policy:
● Child below 5 yrs complimentary. However in Lachen / Lachung child of the age 4 – 5 years are chargeable.
● Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mentioned in the cost column (CNB = Child No Bed)
● Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are charged as per Extra Person Sharing Room (EPSR)
The above is the standard policy as followed by 3 star and below hotels. You are requested to produce documents in support of the child age to the hotels as and when asked by them.
